Poetry : The art of expression in words

Poetry is what sets our spirits free or am I wrong?
But truth be told is is a vey nice way of expression without making any noise.

helps me not to make a lot of noise which im pretty good at but at times we need are peace n quiet in our minds n around us.
helps take out a lot of things that i hold inside.
