~Runaway Love~
Romance was found at little cost,
but once again the love was lost.
Boy meets girl. Boy falls in love.
Girl likes him, but not enough.
Story of my life, love stings again.
But the folly of love is such sweet sin.
So the fallen pick themselves up off the floor.
Just to fall back down once more.
Three steps forward, one step back.
Just another heartbreak attack.
So join the club and make it fast.
It may feel like love but it'll never last.

Alone in the woods

I see something in the distance
dancing beside the frosted moon.
My eyes identify stars
oh how they remind me of you.

Golden and stunning
as they strike through the sky.
I wish I could just hold one
and maybe I'd have the courage to fly.

I lay my head upon faded grass
and breathe in a fresh scent.
I remember being here with you
I miss the feeling of your kiss.

I pretend you're here again
singing to me like before
I would smile as we harmonized
but now I sing no more.

I wish there was a hint of light
to brighten the hole in my chest
I hope you're safe among the angels
forever shall you rest.

I never knew being alone in the woods
could make me relive the past.
You will never leave my soul
even though you're never coming back.

Here I lie with the spiders
My head to the ground
Another member of the forgotten
Waiting to be found

There's nothing to lament
With dry eyes that cannot weep
They stay forever open
Whilst others' eyes fall to sleep

Stitches that sew my smile together
Keep me happy for another day
Whilst the colours I once wore
Slowly turn to gray

Out of sight and my mind
Is where this shell rests
No thoughts in my head
No heartbeat in my chest

Its been exactly a year
Which means 365 tears
Sence you were put six feet under
Why you took your life is a wonder

You were loved my everone
There was no reason for this being done
Every one has harships in life
So you took 13 pills and used a knife

365 days feels like yesterday
Every night for you i pray
That things are better for you now
And i will be with you soon, i vow

Until that day we meet at the white gate
All i can do is wait
One day soon i will be dressed in white cotton
Until that day you will not be forgotten

Why did you have to go?
Your such a better person than me
It should have been me

I am so lost now who do I share this stuff with
It is going to be hard moving on
Knowing I can't tell you anything

My life doesn't make sense

Well, I just saw this thing today... ya, I'm new ;P
And uh, I wanted to do Runaway, Love.
So, here it is :)

Runaway, Love.

Some run to relieve
Stress resting upon shoulders,
Some run with belief
Of finding that cure.

She runs in hope to find home
Among a world too full of selfishness,
He runs only to roam
This world for an answer.

Everyone seems to be running
From something or someone.
No one seems to be stopping,
Not for their friends, or even one's son.

Some run with purpose,
Most with none,
But never do they question
Themselves; it stuns.

But what happens when
All one can do is run,
Run, run runaway.
It's an addiction; they're shunned.

They're running for a purpose,
But they do not know what,
They're running from themselves.
But they do not why.

What else to do
When your life's a mess
What else to be
When all you hear are protests.

Do be this, don't be that,
These are their words, or lack thereof.
Anger surges through their beings,
Self pity erupts.

I agree with their emotions
I support what they perceive,
All I will say is,
Run for what you believe.

Runaway from what
your scared of,
Runaway from yourself.
Run to be free.

So, Runaway, Love.
