You need to get a grip. I mean this kindly.

You love your bestfriend; assess the situation - are you better giving that love as a bestfriend? or are you holding yourself back from something wonderful?

If it's over - then so be it, chances will spring up around you faster than you can imagine if you allow them too.

Negative thoughts can dominate your life if you allow them too, a thought is their because it's been constructed by you based on your experiences and the emotions behind them - but they have been constructed.

Any thought which has been constructed, can be demolished and forged into a new one.
