I know how scams look. This is definitely one.
On top of that her account is suspended. So that was a dead give away.
You've been warned.

There are a bunch of spammers on here, once you get these messages, just complain on it, it'll go to the mods and they'll suspend the account.

It quite funny how clingy people get especially in the internet...
