How to get assistants for a club

How do I get two assistants for my new club I just started?

Ask around...you have to find two people who want to do it, then they click apply for assistant.

I just can't find anyone

Its hard to get one together because the most active, talented, older members have been here forever and a part of a club forever!

Well, you can find assistant of the club if some member will apply as an assistant:)
