Yeah, well it is and we are...I guess other cultures may use this saying but...I haven't come across any...blue in Australia also means you're a ranger BTW. That's not pronounced like a ranger of a park.. it's a ran-g-er ...although the g isn't really pronounced either..ran--er I think haha
