every poem here is copy rited. its says under the poem that its copy rites to this person. i think it in the web sites terms and stuff. but i know about it because i entered a contest once and then they were like we really like ur poem and they are going to publish it into 2005-2006 circle of poets book so they needed my signatures and stuff. any way i think you should talk to the person first. if you want to. may be they did it by mistake~!!~
