The Second Greatest Living Writer?

I came across a poet called Benjamin Saphiro.

Apparently Hunter S. Thompson referred to him as 'The second greatest living writer'.

His work is unlike anything i've ever seen, it's very short. At first i wasn't sure if it was even poetry, but after doing a little research it seems that Saphiro does indeed include poetic devices in his work.

Wow, thank you for sharing this poet, I'd never heard of him before and I just looked him up on Google...there are actually a few tumblr pages w/ his quotes and poems. I like his brevity, it puts a lot of emphasis on what he's conveying.

    Love this one I found:
    "muse"
    your fire
    is my fire.
