to me it means that when you keep your feelings inside and dont cry with your whole heart you become kind of numb and unhappy, and that makes it hard to laugh...unless you fake it but thats not really laughing....sorry if that makes no sense it's hard to explain but i'm sure it could mean other things too...

i think this one means that when you are sad and you dont cry or give any out word signs of your sadness then when you are happy you wont give any out work signs of your happiness~!!~
