...that's right folks...a quicky contest lasting just 24 hours so you need to jump in straight away. For those new members who want to give this a try...Haiku is A short Japanese form of 17 syllables generally in the form of three lines of 5,7,5 and the theme is set around nature. Why not give it a go, even if you don't get it right first time around it will be learning curve for you. It is, of course open to everyone. Ok...GO! GO! GO! |

This was so hard for me...honestly, the entries were awesome and...I did not expect such a response in such a small time frame so...take a bow everyone but...step into the spotlight....Jane. This haiku had no fancy adjectives and I think that's what a haiku should really be about....well done Jane...take another bow!!! |
