New Term coming, Judges Needed

This current term runs out at the end of October. We need new judges from November through February.

We have two members step forward. Need 3 more.

We'd really appreciate some more volunteers!

It can be your time to go behind the scenes and make an impact: give advice, vote, have the ability to bring new or old talent to the spotlight.

ONE MORE!!!!!!

Volunteer for just the first half or the last half of the term if that's better for you! Without volunteers, the whole thing falls apart, gang. No more weekly contest.

Can't a mod fill in to at least buy another week or two? Someone may volunteer in that time. Or rotate the duties?

One of the previous judges, is extending for a week or two while we can track down another judge.

It's more convenient for us to be back-up judges as opposed to being a regular judge. We've filled in for judges, when they were unable to vote/comment for a week.

We often have to fill in and sometimes more than one of us has to sub-judge in the same week.

Understood, guys, and I can certainly see it's not the best solution.

The ideal integrity for the contest has anonymous judges who do not know how other judges have voted. Mods strive for these goals but the appearance is always flawed.
