Changing of the Guards: New Term, Old Judges Released

While we still need two more judges, the judges from the term that just finished may reveal themselves if they choose. It is not required. I note that CJ is already posting his judging comments on the poems he selected. That is a wonderful tradition he is following. Feel free.

But, everyone, we still need two more judges for November through February.

A sincere thank you to the judges for their hard work and time throughout this term. Their comments have never been less than encouraging and enthusiastic.

Still need 2 judges! It's okay if you've judged before, even if was just this last term :) We need you!

well done judges you were so diverse this season which made it much more fun in my opinion especially as many people got recognition for their wonderful work.

Thanks to all of you lovely judges that dedicated your free time to wading through the nominations every week and giving such lovely and thoughtful comments to your chosen votes

For those who are thinking about giving it a go, don't think !DO!

It's not as hard as you may think. You don't have to write an essay on every piece and you don't have to go on about meters and word count etc. For the most part I simply said why I liked a particular poem.

Gotta admit though, it was hard to avoid the words dude and awesome a lot though lol

Would like to say thanks to Larry for giving me the opportunity, it's been an honour and a pleasure.

Just to say a massive thank you to all the term served judges for their time, effort and passion in-keeping the weekly competition alive.

Certainly not an easy job to constantly plough through wonderful poets and their poetry
