Possible Plagiarism

A girl named Kamen Tse has a poem on the top 5 in the explicit section, and I highly doubt she is the original author, but I dont have cold, hard, proof.

The poem is called "A Broken Child," and it is submitted under the same name on another website by a woman named Kathy B. This website does not have dates for the poems submitted, so I cannot prove which was online first.

The versions are ever so slightly different.

Kamen Tse also has another poem entitled "What I Will Do" that is one of those mass e-mail poems. You can google it and find it on hundreds of sites. I dont know the original author.

These two poems are very different from the other mediocre ones she has submitted. I left a comment about this, but felt that people had the right to know. She does not say that she is not the original author of either, but there is not absolute proof she did not write either one. I dont know what year the second poem came out and began being a "cult" friendship poem, but the likelyhood is that they are both plagiarised.

Anyway, back on topic, I found another site with that poem on it... with a full name (Kathy Barton) and an email address, so I am going to email her and ask her about it.

Maybe we should try to keep just one thread that we use for advertising plagiarizers. Or else we will end up with a LOT of them.

Yes...that's my poem. I had a problem with someone posting it on a
message board two months ago, claiming it was hers. I had to contact the
mod and asked him to tell her to either give me props or else remove it,
she removed it, saying that it hurt her to much to read it anymore.
I don't mind people posting it as long as they say who wrote it..you
know what I mean. I write poems and that was my first one and my best
one, because it was about what happened to me.

I put the poem on a few different sites...one of them was just a rough
draft...when I was in the middle of writing it, so that site doesn't
have ALL the poem because it wasn't finished. I think that was on:

I don't even know if the sites are still up and running or not. I think

To Kathy- I want to apologize for arising any trouble for you, but I was looking out for the original author, which turned out to be you. The poem is very very well written and you have developed very much since your earlier works, I thought it was not yours because it was simply in another echelon of skill and talent... well done. The other poem that I mentioned however... is that yours or not? It's been circling the internet for a couple years I think, I recognized it and that's why I ran a search on both poems.

Chances are, if she took them off the site, that they are not hers. Maybe she's one of those smart plagerizers who chooses poems that you cant prove she stole!!!! Or maybe I'm reaching...

By the way, Kamen e-mailed me. She did not voluntarily take the poems off the site. Her registered e-mail name is under "Kamen Tse," I am wondering why it's not Kathy, but that's alright.

I got an e-mail from Kathy B. and she states that she is NOT Kamen Tse, and proves that Kamen stole the poem; as there was debate earlier and the poem never got deleted from her account:

"Hi...I'm Kat. I was reading some of your poems and I think they are really
good. I also wanted to thank you. I am in the process of trying to get
registered on the board. Ann Hess E-mailed me about one of my poems and asked if
I was the original writer and through her..I found this board. I e-mail Jani and
so far..I haven't been sent an e-mail to be able to get on..so I can't post
any poems or reply to anything. The reason I am telling you this is...I really
appreciate your post last week to Kamen Tse, when you confronted her about how
you didn't think the poem "Broken Child" was hers. You were right about that.
I wrote that and that's why Ann tracked me down. I also found Eli had also
stolen Broken Child (but at least HE posted it the way I had written it, instead
of changing it like Tse did, I also found that He had stolen another of my
poems, " Red Slashes"..so that's why they have been suspended. I couldn't
confront either, since I haven't been able to complete my registration, so

Sorry, I thought that the poem was never deleted, because I put the title into the search box and it came up, but I just discovered that when you click on it it says that it doesnt exist.
