Do you think when you write about someone in your poetry, explaining what needs to be done,or what was done, or what hurt you. The person who it's about reads it, do you think they will change because of it?

I guess it depends on the recipient. We have to remember that words are powerful tools and placed carefully within the confines of a poem they are open to interpretation. To some, a poem is a beautiful thing that opens up the mind of the reader; to others, a poem is too much for them to handle and it shuts them down - thus, they'll think you're a jerk for writing it in the first place. Lesson. know the type of person you post your words to if you want them to have any effect.
