Is it weird?

Is it weird that a year after my 6 month relationship, I still don't feel I'm ready to date again?

I know 6 months doesn't seem that long but, he was my first love and he hurt me a lot...

Still, is it weird? Should I just accept a date every once in awhile, to give myself a push in the right direction?

Nope its not weird, its how you feel. If yuo're scared of getting hurt again or whatever, there's going to be something holding you back and it may take a little while to get over it. Im not ready to go out with people again yet, just because im totally in love eith the boy and we've been on and off for about 8 years :(

yeah i agree with them accually i know how your feeling its been a while since my last boyfriend (which i loved) and im still not ready to date either. you need to take all the time you need
