    french...je t'aime was correct as i love you, but you also have je t'adore (not j'adore tu, its weird french grammar sry) which is i adore you.

    w/e you do tho, don't say je t'aime bien (bien means good) because that would be "i love you as a friend" haha french grammar again...but je t'aime beaucoup is i love you very much

    Oh and in American Sign Language it would be:

    With your thumb, index and pinky fingers extended, middle and ring fingers folded down (combined signs for I, L, and Y).
