my suggestion to you is that you jsut write... dont think about it.. just write.. you probly have writers block or poets block... thinking about it doesnt help... just sit down sometime and let your emotions wash over you... listen to music or watch a really sappy movie or soemthing that will set you off... |

Just think about everything you feel. Write down your feelings on a paper. Then off of the feelings you write down, add different things into it to create your poem. G'luck! |

Don't worry about the poem rhyming or anything at first, just start writing anything down, or your feelings down. Then read it over and try to make it rhyme. That's what I do sometimes. I hope I helped! |

I have the same thing.. when I fell REALLY strong about something I can never seem to write about it, only after I dont feel as strong.. cause when I do it never turns out the way I want it to.. what kind of love poem.. like a lost love, a secret love, or just the plain I love you type? |

Find yourself an interesting objective correlative...and resist the temptation to just blurt things out as you feel them....rarely i find is raw poetry very cool to read.....restrain it if you can behind the leash of your unique point of view. |

Just start writing. if you feel that way, then it will come. i know when i write i just need to sit back and think. i can't just jump into it. every word in a love poem (exspecaly if you'll share) must be place with persision. other wise, well, it sounds lame. Just think. |
