What happens to people when you ban them?

Do you only delete their account?

Well, someone named Britt who plagiarized is back, saying she didn't plagiarize.

Yeah, i don't think they can stop someone from making a new account so i wouldn't doubt that we have all these banned people hanging around...

As i understand it, and this may not be totally accurate given my rather ecletic knowledge of computers. When a person is banned, the location og their computer, their IP address is banned as well...and so if they wanted to create a new account they would have to use a different computer.

At the very least the would have to re-load all their poems...which is a hassle. Anyone who has been banned should not be allowed back in without consent...and if anyone knows of users who have returned....they should post a message to Janis...who should do something about it.
