Yep, been there. A driver turned in on me across a junction. she said she was sorry and that her child was playing up and her glasses had slipped. She knackered my car and I had to go to hospital. Her husband turned up at the scene, didn't phone the police and moved the cars. I took her to court and got paid a crappy sum of 2 grand - she began to lie and say it was my fault. I hope, of course, she rots in hell!

i was in my first wreck about a month ago...

but it wasnt bad for me and my mom....we were in a big van so didnt hurt us....

but the girl turned left in front of us...never saw us until we hit her....and were in a huge van with a big trailer....

totaled her lil car...barely bent the bumper on ours...

everyone was ok though....

our driving age is 15 for permit (like driving only with a parent in the car)....and then 16 for license.... way too young....

16 and 5 months here in australia. its kinder scary cause theres been soo many teens dying lately and ill be able to drive soon :$
