Spell check....f**king spell check.

Why won't the spell check accept the English spelling of words?? Seeing as we invented the language its a bit rich to deny us the right to use it. "Colour" should have a f**king "u" in it.

well i guess mainly people spell it without the "u"...

i know that it can be either way but mostly its just "color"

just like it can be "gray" or "grey"....

it just depends on where in the world you live....

I think the spell check should accept both haha. And i'm used to colour lol not color it looks like it's missing the u...

Grey.. But it's just the different spelling that's why I think it should accept both oh and its like we spell mum like that and a few different places spell mum, mom...

i say mum....just because i think it sounds awesome....

Considering this is an international poetry site i find it a little bit contrived to have a US spell checker in operation.

But then the Yanks have to leave their mark on everything else, why not our poetry too?

Mmm..I think they should let you spell it any way...

so spell check it in your own word processor, and then when you post it here, just immediately post it in the slang category and then you can go right back in and edit it into the proper category.

I really don't know why the spell checker is American, the site owner is Latvian. But then you'd have all the Americans complaining that the spell checker wants to put a "u" in everything! :)

I Didn't Know What The Owner Of This Sites Race Was....And At This Point I Doubt That It Matters For The Simple Fact That Half Of Everything On This Site Is American...xoxo-Nikki-xoxo
