i'm just so...FRUSTRATED!!...i need comp. help!!!!

Okay, my comp is so effin gay I hate it...but anyway, the problem for the day is...when i start microsoft word the page is all screwed up like the dimensions and everything...it's turned sideways and the margins are practically non-existant...and this is how the page always opens up...(like instead of it opening with the margins set at like an inch on each side and an inch and a half on the top and bottom...) it's makin me mad!! okay so i know there's a way to change how it opens a new document but i cant figure it out and it's drivin me insane!!!!!! sumone plz tell me what folder the original template is in and how i can delete this stupid crappy template!!!!
