    A moderator is like an assistant to the big cheese (aka Janis, lol...) to help make the poems and quotes community a better place...or something like that. :P

    As for becoming one, i don't really know.

    Did anyone mention Murderator? There are allot of Murderators out there (Not the moderators) who go around dumping low rates in spite. This is getting off topic.

    When we feel we need more hands on deck...we scout around the site looking for good people, and then we offer up nominations...and thats usually how it works..

    Or you can chat Janis up...she's really into guys who can speak russian....either way...you need to get past me.
