Go for it. It might hurt a little and might be a little hard to clean, especially where it is. But if that's what you want, do it. Here's to originality! I want surface piercings down my back and up the inside of my forearms.

It's your choice but I definitely wouldn't do it. I heard that its extremely painful. I don't know! Ears pierced are enough for me.
