Hey... need help... and will r/c if needed

hey guys i need to know how you get pic.s on ur profile thingy.. i know how to get to where you put one in but i dont know how to save a pic so that you can put one in... or you know you could explain the whole process.. that'd be great.... i'm kinda a lil blonde so please be patient..

hey.. okz.. so now ur logged in.. and on the right hand side, therz 'your poems' 'your quotes' submit poem' submit quote' blah blah blah.. and then therz.. 'add/change photo' under 'add/change profile'.. click on that, and u get ur current pic or watever.. u get a "browse" button , u click on it and u get ur "my pictures" on ur computer.. u chose the pic u want then click OK.. then u get bak on the page u wer in and click upload.. that shud do it..
