I disagree with those of you who are saying that love means giving up everything you are for the one you love.

Any person who really loves you would not want you to change. He/she would accept you as you are and also respect your individuality.

I think to me love is being able to argue with your partner and having the determination to work past it, and not give up on the first hurdle. So basically love to me means not giving up.
