HURICANE KATRINA...... what to do?

OK, this hurricane screwed up everything. I don't know what to do. Some people don't know how lucky they are. I can't go home, I want to but I have NOTHING to go home to! I live in St. Bernard, LA and my house is under 12 feet of water! Everything is there, I now have NO WHAERE TO GO!!!! What can I do?

My band and nine other bands will be playing September 17th to raise money for the relief effort. Our goal is at least $5000

You should announce the event in a separate thread.

If you channel your donation through the McCormick Tribune Foundation they will add 50% to your contribution with no administrative costs involved. This applies to all donations they receive toward Hurricane Katrina relief until they have received $2 million.

Garrett, you are great! You are very generous, most people wouldn't even try to do something like that!
