Yaay finally a day when you don't have to cut,feel sad, or do something to your eating habits! HANG UP THE DEPRESSING music,knives,scissors,other sharp stuff, and kick back and relax.

Anti Depression Day will be affecting us very soon. With your help we could make one day just for that.

Any ideal days,guys?

Rules on this day:
1) No acts of depression in any way
2) No teasing others to make yourself feel much higher
3) No crying,no ignoring,just be free on anti depression day!

You guys...i have a problem...and it's driving me insane...

Since everyday has become an anti-depression day, I feel high every moment of the day. I can't stop laughing. I've never been this happy before, and I think I'm scaring everyone else around me, but I DONT CARE!

Someone help me--I think I might just run off a dock and laugh myself to Mexico.

I swear....this problem is getting TOO anti-depressing.

I think this is wicked idea and everything, I'd love to have an anti-depression day, but you know...it is kinda hard to control it...I mean if I could switch it on and off like that don't you think people would permanently switch it off?
But whatever. I think it's really great what you are trying to do. Go for it. Yeah, I agree with the January first idea, to start off the new year everyone tries to eat, avoid sharp objects and manage a whole day without hiding away and crying...or whatever it is everyone else does. I will sure as hell try. No promises, cause like I said I can't turn it off like a lightswitch, but maybe it will help to know everyone else is trying, people from all over the world, there would be a kind of connection thing going on...
