I totally hate this night ...

... more than any other because it is the end of daylight savings time. My computer clock just reset for the return to standard time. I'm really a summer person and the short nights of winter and early nightfall are things I find distressing. Seven more weeks of progressively shorter days. Aargh!!

Anyone else feel this way?

"the short nights of winter" Technically night time doesnt change in length. but i understand what you mean, but nights get longer during winter, and days get shorter.

I personally love the time change, im a winterperson, and also i love the dark... helps me to hide in the shadows.

Come on guys... if you have been with a person a long time you will realise winter is much better.

Summer - Too hot and sticky to snuggle (and other things). When its so hot all you can do is take off your clothes and sometimes that isnt enough.

Winter - So cold you have to snuggle all the time... maybe in front of an open fire... also you will do many things to keep warm. When its so cold you can keep putting more and more clothes on until you are warm.

I guess I screwed that one up bad. I meant to say the LONG nights of winter.

Anyway I'm with Mike. I'm happiest in a place where the water is warm and the drinks are cold.

Winter works for me. Apart from the extra hour in bed (yipee). It means snuggling up with your loved one in front of a real fire/ snuggling in bed.

Lets not forget the marvellous winter festivals Christmas and New Year. IF it snows the nmarvellous cruch of fresh snow.

I Never Really Liked Winter, For The Simple Fact That I Hate The Cold, But On The Other Hand After Winters Over....You Can Guarantee Its Getting Warm Again! :)
