    world of lies

Black pedals descend from up above
Gracefully and peacefully, such like a dove
Swaying, Floating, looking oh so beautiful
Diamonds shimmer, just clear as crystal

Feeble yet daring a world this may be
Calm, soothing, crimson moss so cozy
Flowing Fields stretch on to lengths of imagination
So silent, so royal, a sleeping lion...

Patterns in silk flowing in intricate perfection
Innocent as the ordinary loyal churchmen
A curtain of indecent horrid lies
Lays here, right before your eyes

    Sonnet of a Lost Soul

In the Twilight of Love, do I wander,
draped in the shadows of things gone amiss.
With my soul and my heart torn asunder,
I faintly recall the taste of her kiss.

Ever does darkness seem to grow thicker
along with my ever deeper despair.
Upon the wold do the dim stars flicker,
and fade into black, as blindly, I fare.

Deprived of reasons to battle my tears
Rivers of sadness is absent no more.
As dimly the first sign of dawn appears
My path diverges, but which to explore?

    The hardest of Tasks I fail, and embark;
To tell which is brighter, when all is dark.

    In My World
    By Sarah

    Nothing is fair
    No one will care
    Reality is twisted
    In my world

    It is cold and dark
    Will you dare to disembark
    Try to find you way
    In my world

All you see when you look around
Is death and decay on the ground
    It's full of evil
    In my world

Can you get out of my world alive
    Only the strong can survive
    What will happen to you
    In my world

    Please Hold Me Tight

    Please hold me tight,
    Don't ask questions,
    Just do what's right.

    Please hold me tight,
    I'm very scared inside,
    And, in depth of fright.

    Please hold me tight,
When I feel like hurting myself,
    And, cannot see the light.

    Please hold me tight,
    Tell me you love me,
And, tell me I'll be alright.

    Beautiful Rose

An angel once stood all alone
Surrounded by a wall of stone
She knew not what happened outside
She had no one but herself to confide

She longed to be free one day
For years she had waited in dismay
Praying silently she cried her plea
For the devil kept her secretly

He gives her a rose each day
One by one they slowly decay
He told this is how the real world is
    Beauty fades with all amiss

    She bear not leave him
For she is the only one he ever had
But to be kept prisoner her whole life
She decided it was too much too dread

    A crimson fountain slowly appears
Releasing out her locked up fears
Her broken body lay on the floor
My angel will be in pain no more

    There's only two choices

    There's only two choices
    To win or to lose
To give up and be defeated
Or win by having different views

    There's only yes or no
    Simple as true or false
    And it will remain
    Unless we take it off

    It's simple as the ABC's
    Or counting up from 1 2 3
You don't have to think too much
But understand, there is no rush

You can decide: to live or to die
That is the main one to think
Are you on fire, or dripping, thin ice?
    Like a melting skating rink

It's simple and yet we find it so hard
    What to choose every day
Choose number one or number two
    There's an outcome either way...

Golden morning light breaks through my window.
giving my room a peacefully inviting, warming glow.
The trees are white spiders frozen in the air.
it's warm in my room but freezing out there.
i lay in the comfort of my big warm bed.
but there's a thought that won't keep running in my head.
sure it's great! nice and warm for me.
i live in a life full of privilege and luxury.
Jack frost visits everyone the same.
no matter of class status or even name.
think of those who spend every day,
living their lives in an open doorway.
now when it's cold and when you're in your bed,
perhaps you'll have the same thoughts running through you're head.
