How do I get help with a poem??

Post the incomplete work just as you do other poems. At the beginning of the poem (not in the title) you can explain that it's not done.

Then in the "Requests to Read/comment" section you can ask people to read and help. You can request help in the "Writing Poetry" section, but be sure to make it about needing help, not just about getting your poem read.
