Eminem: When I'm Gone

Today Eminem's album Curtain Call was out in the shops. But what does everyone think of his new song, When I'm Gone. I love it, it's great, Eminem really is a great talent and it is sad to see him finish his rap career but he has been great and I don't blame him for finishing his rap career as he seems to want to be with his family. I have all his albums and I just had to get his last album. So what do you all think of Eminem and his new single?

Nice and its good.

I like him, one of the few rappers who doesn't constantly rap about his bitches and hoes and feature them dancing about in his video clips wearing bikinis that leave nothing to the imagination. I know there are some exclusions but for the most part his music seems to have some depth. :)

When I'm Gone really is a great rap song for his last ever one because it isn't one of the loud shouting ones filled with swearing and curses but its one of his softer ones about his family and his real life and to be honest these are the ones I prefer. It also explains why he is leaving his rap career and I love the chorus, he also kills Slim Shady/Eminem in the rap with a gun and now he is Marshall Mathers again as he wakes up at the end and is with his family. I love the song and it is a great song for the end of a career. I really hope it gets number one in the charts as it deserves it and it would be awesome for Eminem's last ever rap to get number one.

i love the new song. you can hear the emotion in his voice and it just really makes u focus and understand everything he's saying and feeling. i like the fact that while he's really serious sumtimes and can express his views and get them across in a very powerful manner he's also so silly in other songs and videos he's a very good poet/rapper. lol not sure that makes sense but w.e i tried :)

It definetly makes sense to me, I can see his emotion, at some points it sounds like he is angry or upset at himself and he is going to cry. I prefer a lot of Eminem's more serious emotional songs as they really are awesome and inspire some of the stuff I write, as do 2Pac's more serious emotional stuff.
