I know it may have already been argued but I want to start a club but I need two assistants who need to have silver awards. If the leader of the club has the silver award, why can't the assistants have a bronze favourites or poetry award? Its getting too difficult to find people with silver awards but i think my club could really help the society as a whole.

It is difficult. It is probably that way to ensure that there are not too many clubs..
