KIND OF MAKES ME MAD!

I was watching the news and guess what I saw... A guy names Ray Nagin, stated "Soon we'll make New Orleans a Chocolate City again." and "Don't worry, New Orleans will become majority African American again." he also complained about the amount of Hispanics coming to the city. I think he's a bit of a racist if you ask me. What do you guys think?
