well I dunno if it will help but I also having been a mover (houses and stuff) have a wee bit of a nervous problem, but when giving speeches and stuff I think of lyrics or movie scenes that were cool, that way I don't focus on the people I'm giving the speech too

I have been to a lot of schools also. And, now I'm homeschooled. I had a lot of fears, as well as having a social disorder called Asperger Syndrome. It may fit you... Try this link, and take the test and see how you do! It might fit you!

I'm not a psychologist or psychiatrist yet, but I do plan to go to college for such a career. :o)

If you have any questions, feel free to ask me...

And, as for medicine, there's a lot of medicines for anxiety, phobias, depression, and so forth...

    Here are some:

Some may help; some may not. Each person is different.

Lexapro - anti-depressant; helps with depression, anxiety, and other phobias.
Paxil - anti-depresant; helps with depression, anxiety, and other phobias.
Zoloft - anti-depressant; helps with depression, anxiety, and other phobias.
Abilify - mood stabilizer; helps stabilize your mood swings, so they won't go up and down constantly--recommended for people with Bipolar Disorder (mood disorder).
Seroquel - mood stabilizer; helps stabilize your mood swings, so they won't go up and down constantly---recommended for people with Bipolar Disorder (mood disorder).
Prozac - anti-depressant; helps with depression, anxiety, and other phobias.

And, you can search google.com for "anti-depressants," and a lot will come up. Or, search "mood stabilizer medications," and this should help you find, what you're looking for.

    Good luck!
