Don't rape the same pie twice.

I don't know, I'm not very fond of this rule either... But this topic would probably get more feedback on the forums about the site feedback and suggestions.

I'm all for this though. I just joined today and noticed that some of the topics I do want to discuss are now closed for discussion because of a previous topic.
