    ~This Photo~

    This photo is a prison
    locked up with memories
    of before
    before when we were
    a young happy couple
    just about to soar

    This photo said alot
    that we were happy
we were about to be wed
    That we were going
    to start a family
    thats what this photo said

    this photo still lives on
    but without those
    happy words
    It just says how you
    wasted my time and
how you made my heart torn

    This photo will tell
    tell all about the love
    that we shared
    All the enchanting times
    tell how much we meant
    how much we cared

    This photo is now pain
    To remeber what we had
so I threw it in the fire
I am so tired in questioning
    What you could have
    What we might of had

    This photo is now
    just a pile of ashes
    No longer does
    This photo hold
    All the times we had
All of them gone with no words

here is one i did on a painting...

    I Stand Here All Alone
    by ~~Lindsay Woods~~

I stand here all alone as my friends watch me,
I look ahead and there i see,
a home that is not yet to be,

    I stand here all alone,
    Waiting on someone,
To show me where the light is hidden,
I look all around but i feel so forbidden.

    I stand here all alone,
    no one beside me,
trying to be some one that i am not,
I need some one to love and to care,
Is there some one who can hold me?

    I stand here all alone,
Looking at the sun go down,
But who wants to love a girl in a pale white gown?

My friends just look and wait till the time is right.
For when it turns to night,
I still look for the one thing i need in life...
    Light.

    The Photo Album
    By: ~*Who Caers?*~

    (Sorry it's kinda long)

I look through old pictures, as thunder booms outside,
With each loud crash, it takes my happiness in its stride.
I see the old pictures of me when i was young,
Pictures of me smiling and sticking out my tongue.

I see a picture of my grandpa and me,
Way back before the drama, when I was happy.
Way before sickness, and before death,
Before I worried to take my next breath.

A picture of us, laying on the bed,
I was just a baby, as I laid by his head.
He looked so healthy, and young at that,
I turn the page, and it's me and my cat.

She was so old, and when I went out of town,
She died, and got buried into the ground.
The next pictures are me in school,
As well as some parties by the pool.

I see old friends, who I see no more,
As we sit and play in the waves at the shore.
I see a picture, of the one who broke my heart,
The one who I met, pushing a shopping cart.

He moved away, and now we don't talk,
Yet I remember when we held hands and walked.
Then I see my old singing teacher,
Who taught me so long, and my voice she featured.

She got sicker the longer I knew her, and then she too died,
As the ropes holding my life together began to untie.
The same day she died, my grandpa got cancer,
And un-gluing my heart was the new's answer.

The next pages of pictures, were him getting worse,
And he got so bad, there was nothing to reverse-
All that was wrong, so at 70 he died,
And for once I actually cried.

The rest of the pages are blank, because were up to date,
I notice the thunder is causing the walls to vibrate.
I've lost everyone, it seems like I love,
Yet their now free as doves.

I've lost my grandpa, singing teacher and cat,
I've lost the love from my father at that.
I've loved and lost, yet never gained,
Yet the memories and the pictures will remain.

    Photograph
    by Alyson

    Look at the girl
    How she sits so still
    Motionless in her depression
    Not knowing her will

    Silently watching
    Eyes open wide
    Never does she blink
So her feelings she doesn't hide

    Shes looking through the glass
At the people that surround her
How they stare at her helplessly
    Wishing she was there

But she just sits there silently
With the smile upon her face
To bad that its a mask
And she holds it firmly in place

    That was in the past
    As the scene sadly shows
In the photograph she will sit forever
    With the sadness nobody knows

    The creepy photograph

    She looks at the picture,
    of her and her boyfriend.
    She feel the guilt bulding,
She broke up, she made it end.

She couldn't know he would pass away,
    The day after he died.
She felt as such a mean girl,
    So many tears she cried.

    She looks at more photographs,
    All of them two,
She had so much to say,
    Wow, if he only knew.

    She looks at the pictures,
She wish he heard her cries,
But then she notice on every picture,
a black haired girl, with glowing eyes!

    PHOTOGRAPH

    Look at this photograph

    It`s such a Hazy day

    You`re looking beautiful today

    The sun is dim

    The grass is trimmed

    You`re looking my way

    You`ve made my day today

    The beams of dim light

Strike your face and sparkle bright

The sun is not at home

So instead today you`re its epitome

    Murky and cloudy skies

    There`s innocence in your eyes

    Rusted bars behind you

You make them look so new

I can keep looking all day

Hunger and thirst will run away

Watch the wind make it sway

    The strands of your tress

    The pink of your dress

I drift back to those memories

    Pure, sublime, sweet

    But now loneliness meets

    For everything is over

    The smile is lost forever

    The year now must end

    Memories and tears blend

    But better thoughts soon come

    Whenever I feel alone

    I shall soon find calm

This photograph will be the balm

Whenever I have a bad day

I`ll look at you and stare

And it shall be a gleeful day

    Simply because you`ll be looking

    My way,,,

    A past forgotten lover
    by Just Rain

    Buried in old pictures
    Withered and gray
A past forgotten lover does stay
Fondled by time, caressed without love
    This picture was for me
And yet I let thoughts blame with anger
    My past forgotten lover
How years can change a person
Neither of us hold the same face
Nor pity the other of our fates
    And yet we're divided
    But restricted
    I can't hope too high
    What the future will hold
But I won't want any other
    Than my past forgotten lover
