I like the name Mirage, simply because it's a club/bar, where the neon lights usually trick someone into seeing something that's not there.

For example:

Mirage: A beautiful playboy stripper

Reality: A beautiful transvestite stripper

No idea. I live in UK and have absolutely no idea about hotel/bar/club/restaurant names anywhere!
