Death before Deformity - termination or not?

Heyy, i was just reading this article for part of my homework- its about foetuses that are defected with abnormalities such as Down's syndrome, and Triple X, and Cystic fibrosis Being terminated before being given a chance to life. Apart from people our age not being able to support a baby with these defects, that aside, i was wondering what peoples veiw were on this. I mean how perfect does a foetus have to be to have the right to life?...just wanna know what you think. My veiw are pretty strong on this one. Thanks guys!
