Do you think that the people who failed their classes should be able to walk with their fellow classmates at graduation--even though they won't recieve a diploma??? Why or Why not?

Nah they shouldn't. I remember at my formal, I couldn't do it. Cause I was expelled, But still alowd to go to the formal cause I had already paid everything and stuff.

But you don't pass then you shouldn't be able to do that. Like Ken said, It's an honor. Not something fun to do.

    yeah, it's an honor.

and then there's the kids like me who are borderline and you'll see them flip open their diploma a peak and check to see if they graduated. there's footage of a friend of mine stopping and going, "yes!" then walking on, when he found his diploma inside.

It may just be that I have a big heart, but I think that the students that failed should at least be able to stand with their classmates. I myself am an honor student, however I know that there are some people at my school that have really tried their hardest, but just can't make the grade. I feel really bad for these people because I know that they have given their all, but have just fallen short. At least give them a little credit...

Definately not, if you did not apply yourself and make the grade to complete the course then you should not be allowed such an honor. Those who are there have earn their right through their own hard efforts and should be praised for them.

As with all good things in life, you must earn them through your own efforts or they are worthless.

failure is an event...not a person.
