song writing

does anyone have any tips for song writing, as in putting music to words (or vise versa). preferably guitar..

I write heaps of lyrics, But most of my songs don't have music to them. Buuuut, If you're trying to put music to words, Try and work on the bridge and chorus first. And then the rest should come naturally. I think.. Anyways. Good luck =]

i find it extremely hard to writer lyrics and THEN add music, so i start to piece it together as the words come out. its tricky, but i thin kthats the easiest way to do it.

i love writing songs, but i can never come up with a good chorus...
anyone wanna help me there?

I just write lyrics at times. I don't sing them. I don't put music to them.
