Do you mean.. "No one is worth your tears, and the one who is won't make you cry"

that is what i am trying to find out,
cus whenever i write this quote ppl find different meaning from it, so i want to have different oppinion on it,
can we exchange tears?

its a pretty good poem

The two quotes are pretty different really, I thought you mean't something like you should care about those who care for you, or in the opposite light, tears are wasted on those who don't care. The person who is worth your tears being the one who won't make you cry is something quite different to me. Thats like the person who means the most to you being the one to whom you mean the most. What do you mean can we exchange tears?
Anyway, I'll stop blabbering.

No offence to roxy, but that poem sounds like the kind of thing that Pussyslut Dolls and their ilk sing.

And as for the quotes, I prefer: "Do not cry for someone who can do all the crying themselves."

You left & i don't understand why...
what was the purposse, to make us cry?
i called you today not realizing your gone.
it feels like years since i heard you but it hasn't even been that long.
this can't be so, its a bad dream,
or a lame joke thats what it seems.
my tears have dried but this f**king heartache won't die!
i feel like sh*t & i know why.....
its cause i never got to say good bye.....
