Speak up ! Speak out ! I shall .....

I really, really don't understand what has become of this once beautiful site . It seems that THE MEMBERS no longer have any rights to voice their opinions without being penalized and suspended.
The threads are being LOCKED, and DELETED , left and right . Members that are great POETS (yes I said poets) are being suspended for speaking up .

And the B.S with the chat room just disgusts me to no end . RULES ! RULES ! RULES ! "and if you don't abide by my rules " BLAH ! BLAH ! BLAH ! CRAP. Give it a break !

Great poets and great people are dropping off like flies . And yet the admins are doing nothing about it . They gave the controls to a 22 year old baboon, who brought no positivity to this site as far as I'm concerned . Who had more name changes than I can count . Is lock happy when people start to fight back to save the site they once loved. And yes I mean Ken and I am not afraid to say his name .
Guess that goes to show they give mod privileges to any Tom,Dick or Harry (in his case)....

A poetry site this now is HUH ! It is NOT a POETRY SITE NO LONGER . It is filled with a bunch of B.S and stinks real bad .

Stay and fight for this site (some say) .....how can you fight for a site when you are silenced by being suspended for speaking out ??? I'd love to know the answer to that one .

Some of the best ....POETS .....are gone and why ? Because they stood behind their beliefs .

Will this site ever be wonderful again ? Who knows ? but I do know that if the members don't voice their opinions they will continue to be stepped on FOREVER ........So I say my piece now and I know it will not take long before this post is deleted and I will no doubt also be suspended . But go ahead and suspend away ......this site is now only a memory for me ...

As for the Admins...you once had a beautiful site that I loved (until you handed the controls over to a control happy baboon who has a ( huge ) higher than thou attitude that matches his huge power hungry ego ......

I think RESPECT would have made this site the best ever . Yet lack of respect and a REALLY BAD attitude is what made it what it is today ....DISGUSTING.
And I won't even touch upon the inappropriate contact with minors issue because that just makes me want to hurl " big chunks of disgust "

So true, but we have to give the admins and mods a break! They do have lives outside of this website and everything that has been happening lately IS NOT THEIR FAULT. Like someone above me said in different word; it's always darkest before dawn. We should just stick together and see what comes of it.

I did fifteen years of silence and nothing good came out of it.
NO CHANGE EVER COMES OUT OF SILENCE!!
Ken is a tyrant and power-hungry, always abusing it, and if he doesn't agree with an opinion, he'll delete it so no one else can see it.
In the holocaust, if those people had just stood up, not allowed it to happen, then MAYBE some good might have come. Fear tactics like Ken uses to suspend accounts is not going to silence me. I LIVED in fear for 15 years, save for the last 6 months, and I will NOT do it again.

This site has been my world for the past two years. It would break my heart to see it fall because of Ken.

And this is just my opinion.

Yes, we did move on, the important thing is to learn from the past.

This site becoming more like those regular teenage chat areas than a POETRY site. POETRY is why we all joined, that's our goal so stick with it.

You are totally right!
I love this place. This is the first place ever where I got to write poetry & quotes. I like most people who contacted me here, and I would have a serious few depressed days (if not weeks) if something happened to paq. STICK TOGETHERRR!!! how stupid as it may seem, it mostly works.
