Request To Ban Someone..and other questions

Are we allowed to ask you to ban someone? If so, can you please consider banning this person:

Dead-Deep-Inside (also known as ProudSolider)
She said so herself that she isn't going to Post any poems. *THIS is A Poetry Site* But that's not the main reason why I want her banned. She's already made several rude comments to me (she's stopped cause I warned her in a poem).

1. when you upload the server, do you have the ability to See who the downvoter was..etc? Cause I'd like you to keep an eye on her.

2. How does the violation points work?

Seriously though: I've had a look at a couple of your poems. If you think you're being downvoted that's fine. But I think your votes are VERY generous.
