Well, to answer your second question - you can't force yourself to hate someone, which I'm quite sure you know. But if this guy isn't working out for you, have nothing more to do him. It only takes self-control, and more importantly, self-respect. He'll eventually become nothing more than a memory if you cut him out of your life.

Just seperate yourself from him. Spend some time by yourself, if you don't think he's right for you. That's all you can do since you can't really make yourself feel a certain way.
