Dream About Smoking

I had a dream where I had been smoking. In fact, I was probably addicted.

Anyway, I woke up super scared because it was as though I were already addicted...weird, considering I have never smoked.

What do you think this could be about? Could it mean that later on in life I may get addicted?
I find that scary because I hate smoking and what it does to the body.

Well, it was kind of blurry, but it was as though someone might have offered me a cigarette, and then I realized that I had smoked before.
I'm not sure, but I think that I had two dreams about it.
It was as though my mum was there, and there were cigarettes, but I can't remember who was holding them, and then I said something like "I'm trying to quit" or at least I thought that I was...

It could be because there's a pre-uni right beside my home, and every time I go past there's students outside smoking.

I think that your subconcious mind is telling you youre addicted to something... not neccessarily smoking, but something big. and that you need to quit it because you know its bad for you. thats what i got out of that.

I'd go with that and think about whats going on in my life that I could possibly be addicted to....without going into denial
