Does anyone believe in magik (i no alot of people spell it 'magic' but i'm different) cause i live near Salem MA and i love casting spells and creating poitions. and sometimes they work. so post something, i guess.

I'm very curious as to why you would intentionally mispell magic in it's original form.

If you were relating to Aleister Crowley I'd understand, but I think it's apparent you are not.

Magic ain't what it used to be. Though many things in this world have disppeared without a trace, the kind of magic you guys are gals are talking about is a slow and laborious way of just focussing ones mind.

So you get dressed up, you draw the circle, you light the candles and say your words, you tie knots on string, you wave fancy knives around.

All to what purpose? To focus your mind on a goal, any high ranking and honest Wiccan will tell you that the further along the path you go, the less important the ritual becomes, as your faith and focus increases.

My advice to anyone thinking of getting into Wicca is don't. You would in my opinion be better off just paying attention to the source of "magic". Your brain and it's connection to the universe.

I really don`t believe in magic, though some things definitely look realistic, it has to be an illusion somehow. Things don`t just 'appear', and nobody can have 'powers', so in my opinion ;; it`s not real. Fun to watch, but not real.

The second you discount something because it seems unlikely is the second it comes out of a darkened room and bites you on the arse.

Sam ^^ things don't just "appear" so uh what happened with the planet earth? the universe? was it formed by something else? if so what created the something ele? (and so on and so forth) and don't say god because he must of had a creator too

I like to spell it magik. Some people who are wiccan spell it magik And i am one of them and another thing this is a Magik then Did one thing in that bible say anything abput magik no.
