WEIRD!

I've been readin one of the topics that asks in which kind of poem do u find yourself writting good poems? and most answered "sad poems" i actually find myself writting good in "sad poems" as well, why do u think that the saddness always gives the writer the good words?
share ur ideas plz

First, I prefer sad poems to write because to me I can find some deeper emotions besides there's always the fact that I like writing about things that most people avoid talking about.

Second, most people who write sad poems usually write trendy cutting, I miss him, suicidal, I have nothing else to write about depression poems. Not everyone, I've seen a few sad poems that were above decent.

Most people probalyu write sad poems because most of the time its what they can relate to, and its easier to write your sadness down then your happieness.

i prefer sad love poems, they are so easy to write for me...! i think maybe because life is sad and people write about feelings and thoughts, so there prolly thinking or feeling sad! i dont know! thats just what happens with me!

The reason that most of the people on this site like to write sad poems is because a huge proportion of the people on this site are sappy teenagers who have nothing better to do than be sad.

Bob, I get you, but I think what I said still rings true. There are a lot of people on this site who are whiney teens who can't write anything better.

What I'm saying is only specific to this site.

But yes, I will have to agree with you once again. For that rhyme is also true:

i think that sadness is what has become of this world and we all have different views on different htings weve experienced and because sadness is so frequant an a more dominant part of your life then this is the most easiest topic to express xxx alex xxx

I dont think its because of sappy teens cause well im a teen and i write what happens to me and i dont put them up for others to read i put them up to remind me that after all maybe it wasnt as bad as i thought.

I find sad poems easier to write and many of my best poems are sad. I think this is because, like someone said earlier, because it's easier to convey sad emotions and feelings that it is happy ones.

Emotion... That is why it is easier to write sad poems. Your heart tells you what to write. The best poetry comes from life experiance and something you truly believe in

I don't honestly think that's true with depressing poems. Nowadays, it's common for so many people to ONLY talk about their probems...
