You're gentically predisposed to grow a certain height. The only things that affect this is your diet. You need a healthy balanced diet that includes meat and dairy if you are going to grow to your full potential. |

You have scientific proof, Nuovo? |

Secret, who told you meat was not good for you? Whoever it was is lying through their teeth, probably because they're an animal crusader and a member of Green Peace or something. If you are unsure and doubtful (as you should be) then look it up for yourself on a site that is non-partisan about vegetarianism. To keep it non-partisan I won't give you an address but encourage you to look for it yourself. |

Exercise, good diet, lots of rest and stretching exercises are good, they help you grow. There are some exercises you can do to help stretch the, um, ligaments, I think, in your hips, that help you grow. |

No apology required, Nuovo, but what has it got to do with genetics?! |

Ligaments are the things that tie the muscle and the bones together. You have them in all joints. Haven't you ever heard of "torn ligaments?" |

^^I also do not want to be any taller. I'm already pretty tall, and I could end up 6 foot, like my sister, and trust me, when you live in a country where everyone is a midget, it can get really uncomfortable to be so tall. |

T.L...tell me about it ..seriously! I'm 5'9 and 15..my doc said I should stop at 5'10 5'11 and I do not want to!! I always have to bend over to hug someone..I'm always reaching on top of things when people can't reach (thats an advantage I have to say)...it does get uncomfortable and annoying!!! |
