umm...ii went on vacation for like 3 months...and i dont know what happend but when i came back home and i tried to log in....iit wouldnt let me...
i put my e-mail in and it didnt s3nd me anything...
what should i do?...ii had a lot of poems...and they are still there but i cant get in my page

no...iits not that... ii can still see all my poems ... and all that but when i try to put in my password it dont work...

I think accounts that have been dormant over a long period are automatically deleted... but maybe a mod or another authority can salvage it.

no accounts are automatically deleted for being idle.

When you go to the forgotten password page, make sure you are typing in the correct email address. I believe it is case sensitive. Also, be sure to check your junk or bulk mail for the email they send back.

I just now tried it myself to see how long it takes to get the login info... some sites send the info immediately. But I haven't gotten it yet.. so who knows how this site is set up to handle it.

The only other thing you can do is to email Janis and/or Dainz and ask one of them for help.

Just as a follow up to my previous post... I STILL haven't gotten my login info after going through the "forgotten password" link.

So I'm thinking it goes into a queue where it waits for Janis or Dainz to check it. So that means you have to just be patient and maybe someday it will get taken care of. Sorry!

My sister's account has been suspended... and the only reason I can think of is because she hardly ever uses it. The only thing she ever did was post a few poems... never once posted on the discussion board, simply didn't log in for several months.. like, maybe four or five months.

omg, really? you suspend them?

read my post ^^^^up there..... as of now, accounts are not suspended for being inactive (Unless Janis just recently decided to do so)

Suspensions come about by accumulating penalty points.

You can write Janis and ask him why the account was suspended and he can tell you what the penalties were given for. (your sister should have gotten automatic emails when when the penalties were given)
