he dous no know i like him,but every time we see each outher we look at each other in the eyes

not allowed to date? didnt stop me. but that was a bad move, but maybe you can still go out with him, in secret, i dunno. but yeah, ask him out or something, invite him to go somewhere with you and your buddies, little things like that will let him know.
